Uganda’s Water Crisis.
Almost a quarter of people across Uganda do not have access to clean water and over 80% do not have adequate sanitation! Those who live in rural areas are most effected by the lack of available water. Many have to walk miles, several times a day to fetch water for themselves and their families, of which is often dirty, contaminated, and unsafe to use. Using and drinking unsafe water is one of the leading causes of death and disease across Uganda with 4,500 children dying every year due to having no other option but to drink this unsafe water. Uganda’s economy is also heavily agriculture based. Agriculture is heavily reliant on water, making access to it a huge part of Uganda’s lifestyle and improving its economy. Uganda’s water crisis is a serious issue! Without clean water the people of Uganda are stuck in a cycle of poverty and unable to live a healthy lifestyle.
CHARCOAL STOVES PROJECT FOR FUNDING.
Hello everyone, meet Ivan, Isaac and Faith.
These are little children (orphans) who left street life for village life during the COVID 19 Pandemic.
I felt like crying when I found these innocent children of Christ with a very good idea of making charcoal stoves for sale/survival, I liked the idea and the art but wat made me cry is when I visited wea and how they sleep,
Leaving alone the fact that their project wanted funding for them to be successful, they had zero security to not only the money I was able to give them but to also their lives as well(because their lives matter also)😭
They say that their life was better when they were still on streets, but when COVID 19 came, they were forced out of the city. So they became friends and finally sister and brothers without guide/parent.
I also talked to the girl alone coz I was a little more worried about her being one girl in the two boys and she proved to me that she was very safe with them and that they share everything equally without conditions of who is stronger or who has participated more and for this , I credited the boys more and requested them to never harass her in anyway.
Their story is a tearful one but they need your prayers and generous support. What they need to access a fair living is too much, my income alone can't better support them.
So , to whoever that can donate to these Innocent children of God, may the works of your hands continue being blessed day and night.
It's so much soul touching when u listen to them cry out their story of life😭. And worse enough, we have very many children of the same kind who are not seen yet. And for this matter, I can't stop crying to God for my mother Africa😭.
We need more and more prayers and support dear Lord.
